Boarding — €215 for the week

Staying overnight is possible, but beds are limited — act early. Athletes and coaches stay at Auberge des Trois Fontaines, less than a 10-minute drive from campus, roomed with other Elite Week athletes and supervised by coaches. A bus runs between the hostel and ISB.

Boarders stay on campus after the camp day to socialise, recover and help prepare dinner, eaten together at ISB. Breakfast is served at the hostel. Arrive Monday morning with luggage for the week — we cannot accommodate Sunday-night arrivals or airport transfers. Camp plus boarding totals €490.

Questions, answered

Why is it called Elite Week?

We are looking for young athletes who want to push themselves and are driven to be the best they can possibly be. That “elite” mindset matters more to us than current skill level. If you don't want to be pushed, challenged and encouraged, this isn't the camp for you.

What can we expect from a day at the camp?

Each day starts and ends with all participants together to talk about the day ahead and hear from a coach. The day includes two two-hour sessions on the field or court, a one-hour guest speaker session (nutrition, sport psychology, NCAA recruiting and more) and a one-hour hands-on session covering lifting technique, stretching, footwork and sport-specific testing. Add breaks for lunch, snacks, journaling and hydration and it makes for an exhausting day, mentally and physically.

How do I sign up?

Registration happens through the partner organisation for each sport, so you register directly with the coaches running that sport. If you want overnight stays, complete the separate boarding registration form as well.

Do I have to be a fluent English speaker?

All sessions outside the sport-specific training run in English. Fluency isn't required, but participants need to understand the guest speakers. Many coaches and administrators speak other languages, though the camp operates mainly in English.

Where do participants normally come from?

The first two editions had a strongly international feel: student-athletes from ISB and other international schools in the region, American participants from DoDEA schools, and a wide range of athletes from across Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and France.

Is it different from other camps?

It's a camp within a camp: athletes interact with players and coaches from other sports, and the focus is on developing them as young athletes, not just as basketball, volleyball, soccer or American Football players. College coaches take part, and Keystone Sports personnel are on site to guide participants through the recruiting process.
